I never got a receipt / thank-you email / log-in details

Solution If you have not received an e-mail from Nanacast with your log-in details / subscription information, then you perhaps mistyped your email address when initially purchasing (this does not have to be your paypal email).

Please submit a help ticket with full details plus the desired email address you would like your account associated with.

We can then check or modify your email address.

You will then receive your confirmation/subscription information.
